"The user disputes a $785 charge from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling, including $400 for 1.1 pounds of Freon that was unnecessary. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."

"I am on their service plan which is $25 a month. I had them come out to replace a kitchen faucet with an identical one. It was very simple and took about 40 minutes. They charged me $570! For the time involved and simplicity of the project, I?m shocked! I called to complain and all they would say is they have overhead they have to put on top of their fees due to advertising and management. I am done with Hamilton Plumbing! He stated that it would take three hours to do the whole job and that Lutz management wanted to charge me 1,000+ for the whole thing. 3 hours worth of work at more that 325.00 and hour.
