I am on their service plan which is $25 a month. I had them come out to replace a kitchen faucet with an identical one. It was very simple and took about 40 minutes. They charged me $570! For the time involved and simplicity of the project, I?m shocked! I called to complain and all they would say is they have overhead they have to put on top of their fees due to advertising and management. I am done with Hamilton Plumbing! I would rather hire someone who charges based on difficulty and hours involved, NOT based on the number of commercials or top heavy management fees!
