Jason replaced the hot and cold shut off valves. He arrived on time and did the job quickly and at a fair price. Not only was he professional but very nice as well. Because of arthritis in my hands, I was having difficulty turning then on and off. We called Jason after a couple of weeks and he searched his supply chain to find something easy for me to use. He came back the same day we called and replaced them with a perfect fit for me and didn't charge us a dime. Great customer service!

I got a referral from another plumber who was out of commission for a few months. Jason with Rescue 1 was very polite, direct and came across as honest, based on my existing knowledge of the issues we'd had with our old sump pump in the past and were experiencing again, five years later. Time for a new one. He worked us in for a first stop on a Monday morning after a rainy weekend with more rain forecasted. I know he was super busy as a result, but Jason came and went within 45 minutes, with a new pump installed and cleaned up after himself. That was a month ago and last week, I needed to call him again to help with a drain pipe that had corroded away from its attachment. He again was in and out within half an hour. Both services were very reasonable. I would call him again when we need it!

Jason made an appointment and arrived exactly on time.  He was prepared and had the tools and replacement drain and supply lines which I had not thought of.  He went right to work and did the work without seeming to be rushed.  He tested all the connections for leaks.  He was friendly and good to work with.

I called Jason on short notice because I tired to do the repairs myself and it went badly!  He came right over and fixed everything and charged a very reasonable costs.  I have used his company several times over the years in two different houses and he has been great every time.  HIGHLY recommended him.

We've had him out before and he did a fantastic job. He did so again. He promptly returned my call when I first contacted them. Then we scheduled a time and he checked to make sure I was okay with that time and it wasn't an emergency. He didn't make any assumptions. Once he was here he was very efficient and was in and out very quickly. He did not pad the bill in any way. It was more reasonable than most plumbers I've used in the past. I won't use anyone else now whether they have discounts or not.

. I was amazed at how fast and efficient he was. He cleaned up afterward and the workspace was immaculate. The cost was far below what had been roughly estimated by two other companies. We've had no problems in the month since the repairs. We had a plumber out roughly 6 months before and the problem came back within 2 months. My husband tried to fix it and made things worse! They were really busy at the time we called... right before thanksgiving. But he worked us in within a day and was at the house right on schedule. The price was more than fair and much less than I was expecting. As long as this company is in business, I wont use any other company regardless of discounts the other guys offer! We have other work to do now and it's a relief to know we have a company we can trust to do the work.

I thought he was very reasonable too, price wise. I'd go back to him again. He was in a plumbing class at the time I called him but it was not really an emergency that we needed ASAP so it was fine.

Arrived on time. Very professional and nice. I have used this plumber several times since I found his ad on Angies list.

I call Rescue1 and left a voicemail. I received a prompt phone call right back and had an appointment scheduled for the following day. Jason and his co-worker were very professional and courteous. Jason explained what caused the problem and took the time to provide tips of how to avoid issues in the future with a basic maintenance tip. They had the job done very quickly and also took the time to repair an outside water faucet. I will definitely call him again if needed and refer his service to folks I know.

Excellent. The repair cost less than any other estimate I had received and Jason was punctual, polite and candid. He was also very helpful in explaining the part that was replaced.

Jason is the perfect plumber. He's so reasonably priced and does such exceptional work. I've utilized his services four times since I moved to Missouri and each time his impresses me more than the previous. I strongly encourage you to give Jason a try---once you have him do work for you, you'll never have to search for a plumber again. You'll have his number in your contacts list....and it will bring you a great peace of mind.

Jason was very professional and explained over the phone at first what he thought the problem was. He came over pretty quickly after I had called him and what he had thought the problem was, was in fact the problem. Since he charges by the hour, not the job, the repair was very inexpensive and the sump pump no longer leaks!! I will definitely keep his card on the fridge for any future plumbing needs.

All went well - arrived on time and was finished quickly. He fixed an indoor drain in master bathroom and took care of two outside faucets that I was having problems with.

He was here when he said he would be, answered all
questions. Did a Great job and didn’t take very long to get the work done.
