"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "Sean and his assistant did a thorough and effective job of cleaning the windows. They arrived a few minutes early, explained how they would tackle the various tasks, were extremely courteous and communicative throughout the day. They noticed paint on the windows, so they notified us what would be involved if they had to clean off the paint and allowed us to decide how to proceed. They moved furniture away from the windows, then moved it back after completing the inside of the windows. They also notified us about a couple of screens that required additional cleaning and showed us how to clean them ourselves to save money. They hung the Christmas lights after ensuring all were operational and safe. They cleaned out the gutters and bagged the waste. The job took them longer than expected due to buildup on the windows, but they willingly continued until everything was sparkling. While their estimate seemed high, it was less than others. In the end, we were very pleased with the results."
