"They were awesome. they removed 3 large tree's a number of shrubs and trimmed an oak tree to remove dead limbs. They also worked with us on special requests with the stumps from the tree's we had we would use them again. Great Job Randy and Team."

"All work was done professionally and promptly. I felt it was a bit overpriced to trim 3 trees and clean gutters. I was quoted $400 additional charge to remove 8 small stumps and declined offer. I have no complaints about work but do feel the price was too high. Side note: neither check ( 1 split payment as I am on fixed income) has been cashed. Also Chris asked if I could pay in cash. I don't know anyone who keeps large sums of money in their home. That request made me very uncomfortable."

Your neighbor is not in a good position to know if your trees are truly dead or pose any kind of danger. That’s why hiring an arborist or tree service expert can be such an important part of the process. If the trees are still alive and don’t pose any threat, you’re in the clear (but you may want to document and photograph everything in case events turn sour down the road).

But if a tree is visibly dead and near the property line, you should remove it to be safe. If a dead tree falls on a neighbor’s property, they may have grounds to sue for negligence. If any branches on trees have died, it’s a good idea to cut them back for similar reasons.

Tree roots don’t necessarily break through concrete on their own, but they can certainly take advantage of existing cracks, even very small ones. Young pie, sour, and tart cherry trees that are over 30 inches tall in the fall or winter before the tree blooms can benefit from heading cuts.
