Tree Master

Very pleasant person to deal with and came on the day we agreed. Informed me when they left for lunch and he returned like he said. They had two big trees and two medium sized trees to cut down and cut up.

When I reached out to Chris he responded to my call quickly. We set a time for them to look at my tree, he came when he said he would. I explained to him my concern was that it was a big tree and it was very close to the house!! He explained what he could do, and how he would do it and that helped me decide to use his company. After setting a time for them to come to cut the tree they arrived on time and started right away. Everything went very smoothly. It was awesome watching professionals cut the tree, and to my relief none of the branches or limbs came anywhere close to the house. They hauled away all the wood and did a great job of cleaning up, no one could tell that a huge tree had jus been cut down. I really appreciated the job they did! . John

All work was done professionally and promptly. I felt it was a bit overpriced to trim 3 trees and clean gutters. I was quoted $400 additional charge to remove 8 small stumps and declined offer. I have no complaints about work but do feel the price was too high. Side note: neither check ( 1 split payment as I am on fixed income) has been cashed. Also Chris asked if I could pay in cash. I don't know anyone who keeps large sums of money in their home. That request made me very uncomfortable.

They did an excellent job. They also power washed my house and it looks great. I would use them again. Thank you.

Trimming was well done but I never knew when they would show up. They said that limbs would be hauled away on the same day as the work was done, but limbs were on the ground from Friday to Monday. They did not communicate with me about the reason for delay or when they would be back.

The tree is gone. everything was cleaned up and neat. they even carved my initial in the remaining small flat stump. Would recommend them to anyone.

They were here when they said theyâ d be and cleaned the area like they werenâ t even there.

I would recommend him to anybody. He is a hard worker & will work with you if funds are tight. He even advised me on different diseases that can harm my trees.
