"From start to finish I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Cole Heating and Cooling were a literal God send. After a month w/o ac Brandi and David went out of their way to makebsure we got some. David was very upfront, honest, and fair. I appreciated his determination to try to help us fix a part to our ac. When ultimately he couldn't he again was honest about the sale of our new unit. Working with a local company has been amazing. The install moved super quickly and we now have ice cold ac. "The service was completed in a reasonable time and the dryer is working fine and is much quieter. I do feel that the way the fees were explained to me on the phone was $100 for an inspection and diagnosis with an additional $100 fee for the repair, however I had already diagnosed the problem and the tech had the parts prior to arriving that there might be at least a partial discount since he was able to acquire the parts prior to arrival which saved him time and mileage to pick up parts."

"Matt with HvacME installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit for me this past fall and just recently serviced the AC in preparation for our warmer weather.
