I do feel that the way the fees were explained to me on the phone was $100 for an inspection and diagnosis with an additional $100 fee for the repair, however I had already diagnosed the problem and the tech had the parts prior to arriving that there might be at least a partial discount since he was able to acquire the parts prior to arrival which saved him time and mileage to pick up parts."

Jason and Chris were hired to service the Furnace and to install new H&A ducts underneath the house. Other work performed by the guys was replacing old and leaking waterlines underneath the house, and hauling away all the old ducts. Hauling an old Heating and Air unit on the side of the house, and doing some mason work to cover the hole. Installing a section of chain link fence and gate. Also, repairing a leaking toilet bowl and replacing a rotting section of floor underneath..... Overall, the boys were excellent in their knowledge and work performance.
