"The service was completed in a reasonable time and the dryer is working fine and is much quieter. I do feel that the way the fees were explained to me on the phone was $100 for an inspection and diagnosis with an additional $100 fee for the repair, however I had already diagnosed the problem and the tech had the parts prior to arriving that there might be at least a partial discount since he was able to acquire the parts prior to arrival which saved him time and mileage to pick up parts."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. However I appreciated their honesty in telling us that it was not worth it to us to repair our appliance and that we were better off getting a new washer.
