"Eric showed us where the bricks to the firewall were literally coming out! We could have had an avalanche of bricks!! He gave us two options: one was to rebuild the back fire wall with brick, or install a one-inch steel plate. The latter was the least expensive, so we contracted with him to replace the plate on 11/26/2014.
Our neighbor's chimney did not require any cleaning, and he charged her ZERO dollars. THAT is amazing.

"I bought a chimney sweep big deal and it went well. It cost more than the price of the big deal due to the repairs they made. The guys that did it were just a little bit weird. They were kind of socially awkward. They had some difficulties communicating.

"We contracted in April 2015. Due to frequent rains, it was impractical to perform the tasks at that time. Finally, in July a spate of 'dry' weather afforded him the opportunity to perform these tasks. He was fast, efficient, and if other knowledgeable contractors are an indication; compliments were for the excellence of his work! We had a number of others working on our house at the time, many commenting on the tuck pointing.
