He did not suggest relaying rows of bricks, which would have been much more expensive and was not necessary in his estimation. They grinded and tuckpointed the upper portions of two chimneys and repaired cracks and openings in both crowns. They used a small boon that still extended 25-30 feet high, which allowed them to do the work in one day. They arrived on time, tarped the areas, and cleaned off the roof and patio and yard areas when finished. He took before and after photos as well. Very professional throughout the project."

"The initial cleaning and inspection revealed significant deterioration and damage both in the fireplace and in the chimney. The fireplace bricks were actually loose.  As a follow-up, the chimney was inspected with a camera device, and the needed repairs were obvious in the pictures.
We were not pressured at all, and in fact were given options and were asked to think for a couple of days about what course of action we wanted to take.
