"I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!"

"I feel like I have been living an excellent home improvement episode on HGTV!! What an awesome experience!
I bought an older home and am having to completely remodel it. I am a fan of HGTV and dreamed of being able to transform my home the way the happy homeowners do on that station. You think that only happens on cable TV? Hire Jericho and you’ll think differently! I really feel like I should have had a camera on my life with Jericho. They are incredible!
I own Gail’s Harley-Davidson, I only say that to reinforce to you that I have dealt with many, many businesses and people over the years. I have never - NEVER – had the pleasure of dealing with a finer company than Jericho Home Improvements! Their professionalism and attention to detail far surpasses any other company or person I have ever done business with. Besides being a complete joy to work with, Jericho’s team is very meticulous and proactive. They made sure I was exceptionally happy every step of the way. Their design team is awesome. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they came up with a couple of different layout ideas that blew me away. During the build process, Jericho kept me informed of every action and stayed on the time schedule they promised without ever seeming rushed.
Jericho's price structure is pretty cool the way it's set up. They gave me several levels with which to choose from. I ended up getting remarkable cabinets but even their less expensive cabinets were exceptional. The salesman was very helpful in showing me ways I could save money without sacrificing the look of my kitchen. And, their designer met me at the granite and tile shop to help me make choices based on my budget.
A huge added benefit was Jericho's cleanliness! EVERY night, the installers sweep up the floor, wipe off the counters, and pick up all their mess. It was as if they were remodeling their own houses!
In the end I have the coolest, most precisely built kitchen I have ever seen!
I was originally going to piece out the rest of my house to “friends in the business”. However, my experience with Jericho Home Improvements was so fabulous; I have hired them to remodel the rest of my home. So – be watching Angie’s List for more updates on my “Life with Jericho”!
