"I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!"

I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they came up with a couple of different layout ideas that blew me away. During the build process, Jericho kept me informed of every action and stayed on the time schedule they promised without ever seeming rushed.
Jericho's price structure is pretty cool the way it's set up. They gave me several levels with which to choose from. I ended up getting remarkable cabinets but even their less expensive cabinets were exceptional. The salesman was very helpful in showing me ways I could save money without sacrificing the look of my kitchen. And, their designer met me at the granite and tile shop to help me make choices based on my budget.
A huge added benefit was Jericho's cleanliness! EVERY night, the installers sweep up the floor, wipe off the counters, and pick up all their mess. It was as if they were remodeling their own houses!
In the end I have the coolest, most precisely built kitchen I have ever seen!

They put in new countertops and backsplash, installed a new kitchen island light fixture, and painted our existing cabinets a beautifully soft, white color. Bryan also modified an old kitchen desk into a wine cooler/ wine rack area. Julie s design ideas and recommendations were wonderful and she was helpful with our budget.
