"The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."

From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. He ensured all of our fears and concerns were addressed and helped us find practical solutions to some placement issues we had with vents, lights and wires on our old house. Everything looks absolutely amazing and we're so happy with our new fiber cement siding! We look forward to working with Bordner on furture home projects (next, we want a red front door)! "I entered a review back in July 2013. The quality of the windows (Atrium) are very good and providing needed helpful insulation from the elements. The demo and installation went pretty smoothly. The really only major complaint I had was the crew's attention to detail, and their final clean-up was not as good as out it could/should have been. Also, the crew got white caulking on my newly installed black roofing shingles, at the front of my home, which can still be seen."

I felt very comfortable with them being at my home and interacting with my family. Jose has performed 3 whole roof replacements, whole home siding installation, 3 complete gutter systems, exterior painting, and window replacement for me, Jose personally help navigate the insurance claim waters with me step by step. His knowledge of the insurance claim process is very impressive as he was able to alleviate the pain of dealing directly with the insurance company. I have recommended him to everyone who needs his services. He and his crew did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it, on time and professionally. 10/10 across the board."
