"The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."

"Overall I was pleased, however the quality was a bit inconsistent as far as the install was concerned. For instance, the quarter rounds on the flooring were in really good shape in most of the rooms, but they were crooked in the main area between our kitchen and dining room. Kind of a bummer since the dining room is hardwood floor & this makes the slanted wood grain stand out like a sore thumb! Bathrooms were inconsistent quality of the quarter rounds. There was a dent in one of the plates in the bathroom that I felt they could have replaced with a new one that they didn't damage. Also, they possibly scratched our new toilet when reinstalling it. However they were very generous in installing it for us instead of the old toilet."

"Dan and his assistant arrived on time and they were both clean cut and friendly. He brought several samples of a wonderful grout recoloring product he uses (sticks to the grout, but not to the tile) and applied my color choice on a test tile so I could be sure of the look before starting. Dan was very meticulous during the job, going over everything twice to be sure nothing was missed. Whenever I requested something while they were working, he couldn't have been more accommodating. The end result was a wonderful improvement! I am so happy with the new look of the tile and highly recommend Victory Cleaning Systems.
