"This experience from start to finish of our remodel of our master shower changing from a standard shower to a handicap setup with classy completion has been great. "The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."

"Dan's crew did a great job (as usual!).  First they took care of replacing some grout that had fallen out around tile stairs.  It was clean and beautiful when they walked away from it.  They left some extra grout for me and showed me how I can fix it myself next time if needed!  They were also scheduled to clean carpeting in the main rooms and hallway of the house.  They worked efficiently and the carpet looks beautiful!

Leawood Kitchen and Bath did a complete demo on a small bathroom, They replaced all the sheetrock, built a custom tile shower, new tiles on our floor, Had to run new electrical wires for outlets and lighting.  Finished it all with a great paint job.

This was a great find on my part to find a company that would come in and give me a bid, help plan the layout.  and was able to answer any concerns or questions I had.

They were able to do this work in less than a week.  This company has a complete staff of very qualified workers to handle every aspect of remodeling job.

"When a company replaced my siding years ago they had to take the gutters off and reattach them, and they didn't do a great job.  This company cleaned my gutters and reattached them to house.  They also did the proper sealing work that the siding company had neglected."
