"The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."

"Dan and his assistant arrived on time and they were both clean cut and friendly. He brought several samples of a wonderful grout recoloring product he uses (sticks to the grout, but not to the tile) and applied my color choice on a test tile so I could be sure of the look before starting. Dan was very meticulous during the job, going over everything twice to be sure nothing was missed. Whenever I requested something while they were working, he couldn't have been more accommodating. The end result was a wonderful improvement! I am so happy with the new look of the tile and highly recommend Victory Cleaning Systems. Leawood Kitchen and Bath did a complete demo on a small bathroom, They replaced all the sheetrock, built a custom tile shower, new tiles on our floor, Had to run new electrical wires for outlets and lighting.  Finished it all with a great paint job.

This was a great find on my part to find a company that would come in and give me a bid, help plan the layout.  and was able to answer any concerns or questions I had.

They were able to do this work in less than a week.  This company has a complete staff of very qualified workers to handle every aspect of remodeling job.
