"Very nice very knowledgeable very reasonably priced. They came the same day I called. They moved my initial appointment forward four days because they felt my drain problem (standing water in my kitchen sink)was an emergency situation. "James was very nice and professional. He was very punctual anf informed. He told me that there may be a spot that needs to be redone and they would come back. I called and sent pictures. Talk to owner Marc and was like he would be coming out thr following week. Nonetheless never head back. Money down the drain. I've called several times and now not answering my call."
