"A sales person came out and showed me what they offered even though he came in a vehicle with the windows installed for 189 logo on it I don't recall the rep saying anything about that price. After a fairly long presentation about the products we got down to dollars and cents I replaced five windows for $289.00 each plus the haul away fee and taxes for a total of around $2450.00 or so and I had to pay half of that at the time the order was placed because the windows are made to order I was told by the rep. A week later the company sent someone out to measure the windows again to make sure the first person got it right( I thought that was smart) . I got a call I guess about a month later to tell me my windows were ready to be installed and we set a date. The installers showed up on time and started taking the old windows out on what had the be most humid day of the summer, I was told they would be installing the windows from the outside and that they would put plastic over the space when the window was taken out but the tape wouldn't stick and after two or three hours withe the windows open in Missouri in June I had every fly in my house that could make it to this part of town. The windows look great and I must say they took their time and now that it's getting cold I can feel the difference . Bottom line with window world they should stop talking about the $189 windows in ads cause I don't think they really have such a product I guess it's just the way they get in the door.

"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible.
