",Once they came in and started working, they did a great job. They were supposed to call me when they were coming, they didn't. i checked on both phones, there were no calls from them.
I happened to look out my window and saw a truck there, one guy standing on side of it. I opened door and waited for the rest to get out. Guy got in truck and they started to pull out of driveway. I yelled at at him and asked what they were doing. No reply, but stopped truck and got out. As he walked toward house. he said "Window World".
If I hadn't stopped them I would assume that they would not have done my windows.

"What they did for me was to raise and level my floors and install a floor joist where there had never been one. My home is 114 years old and has been neglected. "This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. I would highly recommend  Southern Grace Exteriors to anyone needing home roof work.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
