Called around 10 am, made appointment for 1 pm. They arrived at 12:20 pm and it was fixed in 15 minutes.

I called Carter just after the business opened at 7 A.M Tuesday morning.  He arrived before 8 and promptly replaced the broken door coil.  He allowed me to watch and pester him with questions while he worked.  
 After replacing the coil and closing the door, a loud knocking sound  came from the motor of the door opener , indicating a bad gear.  Carter said that if I bought a door opener (he also suggested a good brand),, he would replace the old opener for what i considered a very reasonable price.  
I bought the opener Tuesday afternoon, gave Carter a call, and he arrived promptly at 8AM Thursday morning to replaced the opener.  He spent about 10 minutes explaining how to use the functions of the opener, keypad, etc., as well.

He did everything he said he was going to do.  He called before he came out.  He was on time.  He introduced himself.  He shook my hand and explained what he was going to do  He charged the price he said he would.  In addition, he made a small wiring change that he noticed was wrong from an earlier garage door service.

I've got nothing but good things to say about this young man.

This is a family business. Everyone I dealt with was great to deal with. Scheduling was a breeze. The installer showed up on time. He was pleasant and professional. Installation was quick. Opener works perfectly. I will call this company when it is time to replace my garage door. Great experience.

When I went to close the garage door last night, one of the coils broke and door would not open. Naturally both cars were in the garage. I called C and R this morning and explained the problem to him and he said he could come this afternoon, which he did. A few moments after we talked to him this morning he called back and explained to us how we could get the door open. Due to our age we couldn't lift the door. He told my wife to push the button and for me to lift slightly on the door, IT WORKED.

We are very, very satisfied with his response, his work, and his personality. Certainly recommend him and will use him again. I did have him replace both springs instead of just the broken one. House is only 4 years old, don't know garage door brand but it is junk!!!

Called C&R Garage Doors in Hallsville, Mo, because of a broken torsion spring on our garage door, Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend, knowing I could expect nothing more then a recording, to my surprise Carter Reno answer my call. Told Carter what had happen and that the car was still in the garage. He instructed me on how I could get the door up, but if I had a problem with it to call and he would send someone out to help. He told me what it would cost me for the material and labor to repair the door, which was a fair price and that he would be there to complete the job on Tuesday. Mr. Reno is a very customer friendly business owner, who takes pride in his work, he made sure the rollers, tracks worked smoothly, and that the new torsion springs were balance in there tension adjustment. Our garage door has never operated so smooth and quite, would recommend C&R Garage Doors to anyone needing a new garage door or repair.

He phoned quickly to set up the service call after I had stopped by his office. He was able to come over the same afternoon. He had all the skills and tools and supplies required to do the initial fix. Because I needed a special part we scheduled another appointment at a time that was convenient for me. He showed up ahead of time on that day and got right back to work. He was always willing to talk to me and answer my questions and respond to my suggestions. The work was completed quickly and completely to my satisfaction. My garage door has worked perfectly since his visit.
