They laid the drains, and dug the hole for the sump in the closet between the bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, at some point concrete dust got into the water drain pipes. This caused drainage problems which I noticed 2 days later after they had repaired the walls and laid new concrete and cleaned up the mess.
