"I live in South West MI, in a high water table area. I had my basement waterproofed. I had the interior floor cut out and had drain tile, a sub pump and dry well installed. The sales professional for my area was Chris Hammac. He helped me with the process and understanding what I was getting. The company matched another quote I received, had a lot better warranty and added some additional work the other quote wouldnâ t do. The crew that came out ( Tyler, Justin, Clayton, Josh , and Draven), were very fast, they did the whole job in about 4.5 hours.( about 96 ft of drain tile, and a 30 ft dig to the dry well they installed) They did a great job, I couldnâ t have asked for more. If you live in South West MI, Iâ d recommend them to anyone."

"Steve came out to the house and cleared the drain, at least we thought. Once he was gone, the next day it clogged again. Steve had no issue coming back out to make sure the job was done (by the way, I am 30 miles from him). After completing it this time he stayed for a bit to make sure there were no issues.
