Scotty on the Spot Sewer & Drain Cleaning

All the pipes in our home were back up, and our laundry room kept getting flooded. We did not know what to do. A friend of ours gave us Scotty's information. I texted him. He came out first thing in the morning the next day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than five minutes. We were concerned that we would have to pay a lot to fix the problem, but Scotty was very kind and did not charge us.

Scott was excellent to work with. He communicated effectively to my home warranty company and was able to complete all of our repairs in a timely manner. He has a great puppy rescue story and is a true animal lover-- he completed our projects with 3 austalian shepperd puppies crawling all over him! I would definitely recommend Scott and will keep his number for future plumbing issues!

Returned our call within 10 minutes of us leaving a voice mail. Was able to come and take a look on the same day even though it was raining and terrible outside. Gave us a 30 minute window that he would be able to get there. Was prompt and was able to clear the outside sewer drain as well as plunging both of our bath tubs to ensure there was no more blockage. Was friendly and helpful. Wrote down the exact part we needed to cap our outside drain so my husband had no problem picking it up from the hardware store. Gave us his card and said to call if we had any more issues and he would come back. So far everything is working great. Best pricing in Columbia which was very important to us since we were paying out of pocket and it wasn't covered by our landlord.

We were having sewage backup problem in the basement. Scott was able to resolve the issue quickly and he is wonderful to talk with. He didn't mind the cats checking him out. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He is fast, courteous, and very fair on his pricing.

The tech was unable to clear the blockage completely, so I was happy to find that he had a camera. I paid the additional fee to find out EXACTLY what the problem was. The main line had been bored through, and the tech gave me a referral to take care of the problem quickly. The resolution was quick and cost-effective.

Scotty on the Spot is GREAT!!! Water was backing up everywhere in my home and I needed help right away. My first thought was to go with a big name national company but I wanted to stay local. I called Scott and he was there the same day. He knew just what needed to be done and handled the situation with no problem at all. Turns out Scott has over 20 years of experience and it shows. Oh…and I love the dog on his truck!

Scotty was great, he was prompt, efficient and explained everything very well. He was also very reasonable.
