"David was on time for our appointment and provided an estimate. He gave a timeline, scheduled a tentative date, and we signed the contract. He recommended the type of paint and a supplier, where I could buy the paint at the contractor rate. My only task was to choose the paint color. The paint looked very different on location than at the store; the sample patch on the wall was also dramatically different than when the entire room was covered. I'm glad I took the time to contemplate my choices. I felt lucky that I ended up really liking the colors.
The weather cooperated and the crew were able to begin the job on time and ended it exactly on time as well, which felt like a small miracle. The entire job took four days. Everyone was friendly, kind, professional, and hard working. The house looks beautiful, lovelier than new. I couldn't be happier. I recognize that the job was not done at a bargain price; it was done at a fair price that professionals deserve. "Tom was very eager to help and to make the job the best he could for the amount of money I had to work with. Overall they do a pretty good job. Scheduling delays occurred with both roof and gutter crews due to a busy storm season. While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. I think a ‘B’ is a pretty fair rating, the work didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory and should last for years to come."
