Glennstone did a great job repairing our roof and gutters. The new shingles match as good as you could expect for the age of our roof. When it comes to price they weren't the cheapest but we are firm believers in "you get what you pay for" and they even asked us while they were here if we would like them to remove the old satellite dish mounts from the roof and install new shingles without charging us a penny more. We would happily recommend them to anyone in need of roof repairs.

The roof was replaced quickly and on time. The gutters went well. The electrician who they use to do the electric vent fan did a fast, sloppy job. The fan runs constantly and it sounds like a semi truck is parked at our house. It even rattles stuff on the walls. The finance company called and we were told to call them back to see if we were satisfied before finds were released to Glenstone roofing. When we called back to say we needed something fixed, they had already released the funds. Which according to the contract, they were supposed to wait until we were satisfied. We have tried contacting them several times to have the attic vent fixed. The first time they said they would call us back and never did. We have called back several times and they said they would be here, but never show. And now they are not answering the phones. We spent a lot of money and just want things done right, the way we were promised.

We chose Glennstone Roofing and Gutters back in September when we were selling our house. We had some shingle damage that needed fixed and needed a qualified roofing expert to fix this for us. We priced around and read reviews and decided to go with Glennstone. They were a little more expensive but we were after quality. After the Glennstone crew showed up, they were professional spent time and made sure everything was right and fixed numerous other problems the inspector didn't notice. Afterwards they explained what they did, cleaned up, and left the roof looking phenomenal. All in all I well never use another company for roofing or guttering needs. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again Glennstone!!!

First off when I asked for a quote, Josh came out and was very professional and helpful. (It wasn’t my first quote). The price seemed reasonable, and the timeline of a couple weeks out was fine. Then no one ever contacted me. I called the office a few weeks later to see if I was on the schedule and what day, the girl in the office said she wasn’t able to see that information and she would call me back when she found out. A couple days later I got a call saying it would be the next week. Then that week came by and no one ever showed up. I tried calling and same story the girl would have to call me back. Then when I got a call back it was oh there were guys who were sick, and they are behind schedule, and it would be the next week. Finally the guys showed up, and weren’t exactly friendly. They did their work and then just left, without a word. (The neighbor told us, they were hopping on the ladder and scratching up our siding). We walked out to see the work, there was a five foot cord hanging off the south side of our house, one downspout was a foot too short, and another downspout was running right toward our ac unit. I called the office and the girl said she would call the project manager. He came back out and cut the cord down, but said he would have to come back another day to fix the rest because he didn’t have the materials. Finally came back to fix everything, then no one contacted us or gave us a final bill. Two weeks later, I got a phone call and a guy asked to stop by in ten minutes to pick up the final check. I would never use this company again, super unprofessional and unorganized.

We had discussed what side we were putting the pickets on. I was out of town and my neighbor sent me a picture that showed the pickets on the wrong side. I called the sales associate and he didn't remember that conversation. When I got back into town I went to speak with the owner. At first he wasn't going to change anything at first, but he made good. The next day someone came out and did fix the work. I feel like they tried to do everything possible to not change it.

We don't have a lot of money, but our roof is old, and I was worried. However, when they inspected the roof, he came back down with lots of pictures of popped nails, cracked caulking, and the best news... our roof had 3 to 5 more years in it. He could have said anything, but the estimate they emailed me was far less than I feared. It took some days to schedule the work, but the crew of four showed up on time, worked quickly and the room has survived several intense rainstorms since. When I need to replace the roof, I'm calling GlennStone back.

They took photos and showed me a couple areas to "keep an eye on" but said I didn't need a new roof.  They were so patient explaining everything and left me with a card to give them a call if I have any issues.  I am quite sure most of the roofing companies in town would have told me I needed a new roof.  Thanks for your honesty Glennstone and you can be sure if and when I need a roof I won't call anyone but you!  In the meantime, I will sing your praises to everyone I know!

On time, on budget.  Good clean-up.  Roof looks good.

After having sent out a dozen RFPs, we received 8 responses, & personally interviewed 4, Glenn Sanders and his team, particularly his Project Manager, Matt Graham & Foreman Mauricio made a very difficult task appear routine.  Glenn & Matt explained very carefully why they were recommending the products that they did, provided a lengthy list of comparable projects that they had performed, gave timely updates on when they would begin, adjusted their schedule to ours, and made what could have been a frustrating experience one that we will always remember favorably.  Mauricio and his crew cleaned up daily, kept us posted on what part of the project they would be doing the following day, let us know in advance when their work would limit ingress and egress from our garage, and were very considerate of our neighbors.

I think they are knowledgeable, they provide you with photos take while they are on the roof, so they seem honest and they are reasonable.

The job did take a little longer than what I had expected, but once it was finished it was well worth the wait. Mark and Glenn were always available for questions and concerns and got back with me very quickly. My overall experience was great and I will definitely be contacting them for more work in the future.

From start to finish the experience was incredible.  We have never had such prompt, courteous, and genuinely concerned customer service.  Replacing a roof can be a dirty, messy and destructive job... but this team kept everything as tidy as humanly possible, and took great care with our landscaping.  Any concerns we expressed were dealt with very quickly and much to our satisfaction.  We cannot say enough great things about this company, and do not hesitate to sing their praises to everyone we know!

They actually consulted with me on several different things and if they couldn't complete the work for me, they were able to provide me with great recommendations. Everything went picture perfect with the service. Out of everything we had done with the house, they did everything that they said they were going to do. They told us how much the cost would be up front and they stuck to the price. My wife didn't like the vent ridge they installed on top of the house. They tore the vent off and replaced it with something that favorite more to her as she is an interior designer at no additional cost. The crew even cleaned up after themselves. They were great! We are even looking to hire them to install a roof on a home we are building as well.

Initially we met with Matt to assess the roof to see if we had hail and storm damage. He came by went up on the roof and inspected methodically. . He agreed to meet the insurance adjuster when they came to inspect the roof. This is probably the most important thing I can recommend for a homeowner to do. Matt was great and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about him.

The roofing crew showed up very early and worked very late and did not leave the job till it was completed. They did an excellent job and were respectful of our property and cleaned up every evening. Our roof looks great.

Also we had wind damage to one side of our fence. Since they are also a fencing company we had them do the fence as well. Great job on the fence as well.

I can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable all the people from GlennStone we dealt with were.

Overall a great company we will use in the future. I have told many friends and neighbors about them.
