The contract was to include replacing trim that had rotted. I am positive there is bad trim on my chimney and upstairs windows, but none of it was replaced. It looks like that bad spots were **patched** to save the contractor money instead of replacing the trim, which was included in the price quoted."

This is the second time that we have hired The Painting Company.  The first time was for an interior job in 2012.  

This time they painted the full exterior of the home including pressure wash of the entire exterior.  They also made minor siding repairs as needed.  They painted all of the siding, the gables, and all window casings on both the ground floor and a very high second floor.  

Dave and Lynn (the owners) are very knowledgeable and personable.  Both times, Lynn has had good ideas to suggest about accent colors, etc and has helped us to select the paint colors. They have always done a quality job.  We will be hiring them back again this spring for our wood deck.
