They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! "Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!
