The two outside freeze-proof faucets needed to be replaced because of their age and poor condition. I provided Darrin my copy of the estimate he wrote up for me on my prior service call (he said he didn't have a copy of it on his current work order), and he honored it as promised, letting me use my $50 credit (I had previously purchased a discounted Plumbing Service deal from Angie's List for $39.00). Darrin was able to complete the entire job in about an hour and with minimum disruption to everyone home when the water was turned off. Also, as previously promised by Darrin, I was not charged for an additional service call since I had him look at the faucets during the previous service call, but he didn't have time during that service call to replace them. In addition to replacing the two faucets, he also installed shut-offs on each water line inside of the house near each faucet."
