And I am so very glad that we did. Not only did they do everything we expected in terms of insulating our attic, they noticed that the duct work in our air conditioning system had not been properly sealed. We had been wrestling with the unit's inability to cool our house for years, and our regular HVAC provider told us that this was the best the system could do. In fairness, we have an old house and a complex air conditioning set up. Smarthouse both diagnosed the problem and undertook the necessary fixes for a very reasonable price. As a result our house is markedly cooler and our electrical bill has come down a bit. This is a great company. They know what they're doing and they genuinely seem to care."

"Had new hvac, furnace, and hwh installed. Furnace had a couple of air leaks between a coil and furnace which I fixed myself. Hvac was spot on. Hwh failed first inspection, but was corrected in same day. For the premium price paid, these issues should not happen. Quality 4.5 because of these issues, same goes for value. Customer service is very good. They are very professional, work looks very good, clean worksite afterwards. I would recommend, but don't think about negotiating price with them. Their labor is very high."
