"I was a little confused as I was assured by sales person my flooring was waterproof but was told by installers the floor was water resistant not waterproof. I Contacted Empire but never received a response so was a little disappointed.Question has not been answered."

Brendan was a top notch craftsman, 'BJ' in office stayed in touch as work progressed. there were some problems with ordering product, receiving wrong product, miscommunication in scheduling, which delayed completion of job beyond our expectations.
