I received 4 bids on this project and this bid was not the lowest nor was it the highest, but it was going to do the job the way I wanted it done. I was also very pleased and appreciative that he offered to put metal strips back down where the wood floor met the carpet in two doorways and did this without extra charge."

"We bought a promotion through Angies list and then no one ever called us... so we had prepaid for services and no one called to help us. When i called to see what was going on, they set up a time and told me two people would be there for three hours. One person showed up... we had him call for reinforcement but told him our main floor was the main priority. In the master bathroom they did not do the toilet or the shower or counter just the sinks. They vacuumed up stairs so i know it was not about the time involved. He also said they dont make beds so he left our bed unmade which also seems odd. They didnt clean the some of the basics..... we just wont use again."

"We hired Carey at Tile Works to lay stone on our front porch pillars. He did excellent job. The work took longer and was more complicated than initially anticipated so we mutually agreed on an adjusted rate, no complaints there. Carey is respectful and hard-working. Some days he would stay til late to work as he committed to finishing the work. In the end, it was well done and even though it took a bit longer than initially anticipated, he finished it, cleaned everything up. All in all, the price was very reasonable. I would hire him again."

"He showed me pictures of the vents after they were done and they looked good. The people were very nice, but they did not have the proper equipment to do the job. When they showed up, they had just brushes and a shop vac. He didn’t even have a screwdriver to take the vents off. He had to borrow one form me. He arrived late and he was at my home for a long time (from 3-8pm), but that could have been due to the equipment issues. After they left, there was a huge layer of dust left behind. I believe the cost was reasonable though."
