"They worked around our schedule as we were expecting a baby any day.  He made time to fit us in.  He came in and checked the carpet and asked us about what we thought the stains were.  One of the rooms had some dog poop (cleaned as well as we could) from our poor pup who had diarrhia.  the other stains wer your common dirt from shoes, etc.  He went over what he was going to do for each of the stains and probability of them coming out.
He was completed in about an hour and all stains were gone.  He also said he sprayed the dog poop areas with
chemicals to kill any germs that still may be present.  We used the Angie's List coupon $60 of service for $29.  He charged an extra $30 for a total of $90 for service.  Only costing us $59.
We will use again.

"The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the cleaning in an hour or two. They cleaned the bedroom, hallway and step carpets. The carpets looked pretty good after the service. I had no problem scheduling the deal."

"It went very well and I am pleased with the results. They showed up on time with a full team ready to go, did not intrude, cleaned up after themselves and did the work quickly. I received 4 bids on this project and this bid was not the lowest nor was it the highest, but it was going to do the job the way I wanted it done. I was also very pleased and appreciative that he offered to put metal strips back down where the wood floor met the carpet in two doorways and did this without extra charge."

"He assessed carpet type, current soil status, pet hair status and recommended one of the methods of cleaning. Performed an excellent job and was pleasant to converse with. Very professional and seemed to be an expert in the field with a depth of experience."

"They only did the minimal amount of work to make it look clean. They wouldn't work on cleaning the kitchen floor other than a basic mop."

"Excellent craftsmanship and Isiah worked in a timely and efficient manner. Also good communication about scope of the project. Isiah picked up all supplies except tiles. (I purchased those in advance myself.), provided receipts, and left me with overage supplies which I appreciate. One of the most important aspects is Isiah is a non smoker. That was important to me as I donâ t like cigarette smoke anywhere near my home. I wish I could post photos and videos but I donâ t see a way to do that."
