Great experience beginning to end.

I went through home adviser and found this company. They were professional and caring on the phone about my issue. Made a quick appt and was here right in time, even a bit early which I liked. He introduced himself and company and went straight to where my issue was. Here is why you can trust this company completely, he looked over the entire basement ceiling for the mold and after he checked a couple of things he looked straight at me and said all of that was not mold, it was stain from the previous owners stained wood floors upstairs that leaked through to the basement ceiling. It was hard to tell that it wasn t mold because after the last occupants moved out another guy bought it and remodeled it so the stain floors weren t upstairs anymore due to new flooring. Plus the real estate agent that sold me the house said it was some mold and for me to just clean it off with bleach. So you can guess how surprised I was to hear this company tell me it was stain lol. This company could of kept that to themselves and cost me a ton of money but they were honest. It s really hard to find companies like this. He did a very thorough check too. I would definitely hire them when needed and everyone else should too.
