"Chris and Frank with Vertical Network LLC were incredible! They took on a very challenging job in helping us remove an old safe from a home we just purchased. The safe was easily over 1500 lbs and they had to get creative with ways to remove the safe without causing damage. We were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, and that they were able to remove the safe so efficiently and safely. We had no damage to our home or yard. We highly recommend them. "It was okay. I didn't see the people. They came, did their work and left. I wanted aerating and over-seeding. I don't know if they had gotten a big response for their advertised price but I felt they came out kind of late and they didn't leave much time for grass to grow in the fall. Actually, I was a little disappointed in how long for them to come out. It was actually later towards the end of October before they actually got here, maybe the second week of October. They were good. There wasn't any additional cost. The price was really good that's why I scheduled the service with them."

"They didn't do many of the things that were advertised nor did they put the time in that they advertised. They didn't empty all the garbages or do the beds. The work they did do was awesome. If they would have done the full amount of time I would have rated them A across the board."

"Were very accommodating about setting appointment at a time convenient for me. Arrived promptly and were very polite. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."
