"Was supposed to overseed and do aeration, no evidence any seed was put down. I did not ask for redo, would not use again.

"They didn't do many of the things that were advertised nor did they put the time in that they advertised. They didn't empty all the garbages or do the beds. The work they did do was awesome. If they would have done the full amount of time I would have rated them A across the board."

"Were very accommodating about setting appointment at a time convenient for me. Arrived promptly and were very polite. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."

"What a great job these folks did. We basically were only moving furniture, as we had "pre-moved" most of our clothing and knick-knacks, but what a great job they did with furniture: taking apart and reassembling furniture, wrapping and protecting finishes, and securing our goods on their truck. They did move one closet of clothing, hanging it in wardrobe boxes and rehanging at our destination. They were as busy as bees throughout the process. I highly recommend Moving APT."

The initial visit was great. I was wanting to have the patio updated, shrubs added, and some areas relayed with concrete. I was really interested in the layout he gave me but the price was over my budget. He stated he would follow-up with me about another plan that could work with my budget but I never heard back. That was the only complaint I had.
