"Our project manager met with the homeowners when the job was complete and they were happy. After a large rain homeowner sent pictures to the project manager after hours on the weekend. He went to look at a problem that Monday or Tuesday. We agreed to come back and fix the issue weather permitting. It has been very wet and the ground soft and had a short week due to the holidays. They were scheduled tentatively for next week. We were not aware they felt ignored and thought it had been explained if we brought the equipment into their yard with all the rain it would have done more damage than good. We hired Kuenzel to do a job where we had to replace some old stairs off the sliding glass door on the outside- we wanted to put in new stairs with a landing. When it was all done it was better than we had imagined. It was done quickly, done right. Everyone was very satisfied.

The project manager Cody was great! I was not the easiest customer as I had no clue exactly what I wanted. He was patient with my change of direction. I ended up settling on a set of composite stairs onto my patio. Cody was also patient while I agonized over color selection! He gave me great ideas about staining my patio versus using paint. It looks great! The stairs look fantastic and are exactly as I had hoped. I will definitely be using Kuenzel again!

Just met for an estimate of costs for repairs. Appreciated their honesty in suggesting a "less expensive" approach and suggesting that they didn't believe the property warranted the expense of a "full blown fix".
