I would recommend them to everyone who has a septic system. They are always on time and very nice. They do a great job!!!!

They arrived on time and found my tank very quickly. Service man was very kind and respectful. I was charged estimated price. They did not have to search or make an opening for the tank. The only negative thing is they were the most expensive company. My husband called one other company, was quoted about $250 cheaper, but they never showed up. So went veterans said they could be there not only that day, but in the hour, I didn't care about the price.

Left a voice mail, received a call back within 30 minutes. Even though I had never used Veteran before, Dan was able to pull up my current residence in a database and supplied me with Veteran's history and knowledge of my system. I was able to schedule service for the same day. The technician showed up on time, was very courteous and friendly, extremely professional and within an hour had my septic tank pumped, and even did some minor tree root removal from the tank vent pipe. I would use Veteran again in a heartbeat.

Great company! We called a few companies, and they immediately said we needed to replace our drain field based on the problem and the age of our system. Dan took the time to figure out what was wrong and where the problem was, and then went with a conservative approach to fix it. He jetted the line to clear the mud that was clogging it, and now our system is draining properly again. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Dan was great. I called and he called me back the same day. He was ready
to do the cabling service right away and get the tank pumped within a
day. I cannot say enough good things about how conscientious and honest
he was about the work that needed to be done. He gave excellent feedback
on all of the issues with the system with my house. The quote he
provided was exactly what he charged. He is bonded and insured, even
though the information here says otherwise. He is an owner/operator who
obviously keeps a close eye on his operation, and he's doing the work himself. He worked on the system
before I bought the house and had records and a great memory of past
issues. I am renting the house out (from many states away) and cannot say enough how I feel confident that he did a great job.

Dan was wonderful and extremely helpful and willing to help in any way to fix the problem. He was very responsive, in spite of being busy. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

We were satisfied with the service, we've used them before. They were nice men, they always say hi. They even came on a Saturday. They called and my husband said we were available. Their timing was very good.
