They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

The contractor was very knowledgeable and able to repair and replace parts improperly installed. They also did the complete bathtub and shower installation. Both Travis and Tom took the time to explain the process and let me know of any issues and how to properly repair them. The communication was excellent and the quoted cost was appropriate.
