"Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

"Our new water softener which is a Fleck SXT made our water soft but it stunk terrible. We couldnâ t stand it. It made me nauseated. We could not get the help from the company we purchased the system through. The only way they could help was for us to buy another $600 filter to add on to our water softener. The water guys tested our water. It was soft. They recommended for us to clean out our hot water heater and take out the anode rode. We did this which my husband said was easy. Now our water is absolutely wonderful. Soft. No smell such an easy way to fix a horrible problem. These guys were so nice. Did not charge us for the test of the water and the great advise which worked perfectly. . Would recommend them highly. They saved us hundreds of dollars from what the company wanted us to do. "Great company. 1st we called T & L irrigation, Morettos and 1st choice. T & L was really expensive and morettos is a plumbing company and after talking to professionals morettos  doesn't know what he is doing as far as irrigation or landscaping. We went with 1st choice not only cause the price was good but he explain more about what he was doing and added a few things for free. We called keeling company in Bentonville 479-464 7699 and talked to Charlie and he confirmed that Josh was 1 of the best in the business and had been doing business with them for over 15 yrs.. He hadn't heard much about T & L and never heard of morettos. Josh is very knowledgeable and me being 67 yrs old and this being our 5 irrigation system its by far is the best we have ever had. Less watering and more coverage. He spent a lot of his time here at our home and on the phone answering any question we had.
