Perfectly. They were on time fast and cleaned up so well that no one would have known they were here.

Do not use Window World on your project! Another night last night of being up late because all my windows are leaking, and I am covering my new wood window casings with towels to soak up the large amounts of water coming through the windows. We went with Window World because they have a great sales pitch and lifetime warranty. We had them install 29 windows for $18K on our new build addition project. Since we had installation on April 23rd these windows have leaked. We have pleaded with the company to either re-install or replace the windows and they have refused without reason and asked that we move forward with siding and project completion. We even paid $350 for an inspector to come out and document the poor window installation on May25th prior to siding being installed. Window World acknowledged the leaking and instead of standing by their “lifetime warranty” they told us (in e-mail) that the windows are not water proof. They also acknowledged the faulty product by replacing the window sashes but not the entire window. Here we are today, months later with no resolution and water everywhere. The last conversation with the owner of this company he tried to blame the siding, instead of just standing by the warranty. I have already verified siding was installed properly. I am now filing a lawsuit against this company as I have been documenting every step of this issue but just hope no one else has to go through this mess in the future.
Response from Window World of the Ozarks LLC
"[Member Name Removed], the windows we installed in your home were installed and sealed according to factory specifications. Per your request, we went out multiple times to make sure they were sealed around the nail fins. We did water test the windows and discovered sashes with manufacturing defects and were leaking water. We replaced these as covered by our warranty. We did a follow up water test on the windows and no more leaks were found. From video you provided on your current leak, water is coming in above the window which suggests water is coming in from another source and coming down between the walls and hitting the window header and coming out. The source of the water is what needs to be found to solve the problem as previously discussed with [Member Name Removed]. We take our product, installs and warranty very seriously. If there is a problem with our work, then we will correct it."

Great. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly and accurately. They left the premises extremely clean. It was as if they had not been there. The windows are great. They have muffled the outside sounds, reduced the heat coming through the glass substantially.

"We do not show to have done work for you. We are a replacement window co. and we do not do window cleaning."

The installers came at 1:00 p.m. on Friday and since we weren't going anywhere they wanted to continue working and they finished, great clean up and professional service and they worked until they finished around 7:30 p.m. They took care to avoid getting any more dust than necessary in the house by holding up a sheet. They worked quickly and efficiently. The fellow doing the blinds came all the way on Saturday from Fort Smith to insure that we would have privacy as soon as the new windows were installed. He, too, was quick, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Window World.

All in all the experience with Window World was great. They did make a mistake by measuring the doors incorrectly but owned up to it and made it right.
The installation crew was great and did a fantastic job with attention to detail. I would recommend them for any door or window purchase installation.
The doors are great and wish we had done this change sooner.

I was pleased with Window World's price & features compared to Wilson's (but their "home of the $189 window" is misleading, because the prices start at $205 each, plus low-E glass options, cost to remove old windows, etc., so mine averaged more like $300 plus tax).
The low-E coating is worth the extra cost here in Arkansas.  I can tell my house doesn't heat up nearly as bad from the morning sun as it did with my old windows.
The installation looks great, everything fit snug and was caulked in tight, no issues with fit or finish.
I did find several nails and bits of broken glass left in the yard from when they tore out our old aluminum windows (it's messy business), but they cleaned up about 98% of their mess, and they did a good job of tarping inside, so I didn't get any heartburn over it.
We noticed later that some of our new windows that had fingerprints & smudges between the panes of glass that we couldn't clean, but Window World was very responsive; all they needed were the serial numbers from the windows and they ordered replacement sashes at no cost.

The initial contact was professional and detailed.  I was impressed with the company salesperson.  The workers arrived on date contracted. They arrived on time and handled the install well.  The only problem had was that one of the workers left a tool in some tall grass in our yard.  When we mowed the lawn, the mower ran over the part and a blade was damaged.  When I contacted the company they agreed to pay for the repair.  Soon after the repair, I received a check for the cost of it.  I was impressed with how easily this issue was resolved.  Great company - from start to finish.  Even the receptionists on the phone were very friendly and professional.  Price was good and there is an opportunity to get a refund from a referral.

They were very professional and the windows looked outstanding. They even did the installation faster than normal because I wanted to get it done before a new tenant moved in to the upstairs apartment. I was very pleased with their work.

The company arrived the first time and the windows were not measured correctly and as a result the new windows were not the correct size.  The company re-measured and had the windows remade.  They were installed in a very neat way and it looks very professional.

It turned out okay. The only problem we had was that one of them was supposed to be cancelled but it didn't get cancelled. We got stuck for paying for it.

Window world has a good value product, where we ran into issues is that we ordered windows in mid-November however we could not schedule installation until mid-January so that was disappointing. A couple of custom windows arrived that were not a direct fit, rather than re-order they "floated" the windows with offset fasteners and then concealed the gaps with 2" vinyl trim and caulking. We paid roughly $350 per window after installation (we did opt for low-e argon filled windows which increased the cost quite a bit but we were told that an energy tax credit would recover a large difference, well that wasn't true. I think we recovered 10% of that cost difference. Lastly, no one indicated that we would need to do any finish work after the windows were in place. The installation crew mangled the original interior wood trim on my mid-century home. They also failed to accomodate for rotted window frames which they just installed on top of. I later had to remove and re-install the frames but it probably should have been addressed at the time they were onsite. Also the locations where the storm windows were removed had years of not being painted, sure that's on me but we were not informed or offered a solution to mediate those issues. Basically we got functioning windows that required about 6 weekends of DIY touch up and repair to make them look appropriate to being "new". Some of our interior trim still looks very much neglected until we pay someone to replace where they splintered and broke it off.

Window World of the Ozarks installed windows for our entire house over a period of 5 months.  The first groups of windows to be installed were for our master bath, living room, and office.  It took about five weeks to receive the first set of windows and get them installed. However, these windows were specially designed to incorporate a smaller window with a larger one to make two very tall and elegant windows for our living room.  These windows have the Solarzone Elite and Argon Gas which lets the light in but not the heat. Our next windows installed were for the bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and all of the bedrooms. We also redesigned a window in the kitchen to be one large window instead of two. These windows were ready in three weeks and were installed professionally.  The gentlemen installing the windows arrived on time and did an excellent job and cleaned up after each visit.  We love the way the windows make our house look and we enjoy the energy savings we are getting from them.  We now have natural light in our house instead of having curtains pulled to keep the heat and light out.  We would use Window World of the Ozarks again.   We also had Window World install a new front door with a window on top.  The door fits brilliantly and has totally changed the appearance of the entrance to our house.  These installers were specialist at installing the door.  The were knowledgeable, punctual, had excellent workmanship and cleaned up after themselves.
