Our new water softener which is a Fleck SXT made our water soft but it stunk terrible. We couldnâ t stand it. It made me nauseated. We could not get the help from the company we purchased the system through. The only way they could help was for us to buy another $600 filter to add on to our water softener. The water guys tested our water. It was soft. They recommended for us to clean out our hot water heater and take out the anode rode. We did this which my husband said was easy. Now our water is absolutely wonderful. Soft. No smell such an easy way to fix a horrible problem. These guys were so nice. Did not charge us for the test of the water and the great advise which worked perfectly. . Would recommend them highly. They saved us hundreds of dollars from what the company wanted us to do. Thank you water guys. Hire these guys. They are so nice very knowledgeable and they donâ t take advantage of you with price. I am so glad we found you. Thank you so much. Evelyn in Strafford.

I usually don't right reviews on services I have done. I have always felt if you are paying someone for a service they provide, they should be good in all aspects of their service, but 99% of companies are lacking in some way or another. From the very first phone call, to getting a bid in a timely fashion, to doing the work in a professional manner, to cleaning up and leaving the site cleaner than it was when they arrived, these guys were true craftsmen and I would recommend this company to anyone. These guys are very knowledgeable about the service they provide and don't try and sell you something you don't need like others do. This is the kind of service you don't mind paying for.
