When I expressed some disappointment with underprunung on a big shrub, the arborist arranged to come back to fix it the following week. Super responsive, willing to explain recommendations."

yellow pages and let them know my dilemma.  I was having to just leave messages at each of them.  "Reach's" owner called me back quickly and said that he, personally, would come over right away to assess the situation.  He agreed with me that this large limb needed to be removed quickly before someone, or my house, was hurt.  He quickly started working on it himself while he was waiting for the rest of his crew to help.  They ended up doing some other tree trimming while they were at it.  I think they got another 5-6 jobs from people watching and wanting them to do their yards too.  Everyone that used them were extremely happy!
