"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). Arrived on site at appointed time. Explained procedure and when there would be loud noise from tools.

Prepared door frame for larger door. Installed new door with lever handles. Periodically updated us on progress.

Took normal break and lunch. Informed us when leaving and when returning.

Finished product was so well done that you could not tell the floor transition to LR from BR wasn't re-done.

The new door and hardware was elegant and, and the rooms in the work area were cleaned of any construction residue.

Work crew was very quiet and polite.

Used this company for ramp (wheelchair) in garage 6 months ago with similar results.

"Damian and his crew did an amazing job on my basement. I had at least two other contractors flake out on me and I was thinking no one would want to tackle my basement. I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space. If I ever need more work done I would not hesitate to call them again. I feel like I have my basement back."

"It looks like the job was done well. We had some heat coils up on the roof and we asked them to reinstall them after they were finished. They did not do this, and I was disappointed with this. The flashing around the chimney also looks a little sloppy. Also, every time that I tried to call the home office, I could not get an answer. They were one of the lower bids that we received and they were able to quickly do the work. Although, I don't think they were very professional and I wasn't overly impressed."
