"We called two days prior to needing them to pick up the last few items which needed to be hauled away to clean out the house we had sold. We had an old couch in the basement and various items (old boards, tile, old hoses....etc) in the garage. They were scheduled to be at the house at 5pm but they called and said traffic was bad and would be a bit late. That was perfect for us as we needed an extra hour to completely clean out the house. They arrived around 6:15pm and loaded all the items into their truck (including getting the sofa out of the basement) in just a few minutes and we were all set.
