"From the initial assessment to the actual installation of our new furnace, AprilAire unit, AC and smart thermostat, Riley was professional, worked steadily, explained how the new system worked together, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for quality work!"

"Jon was very responsive from the first call inquiring about his services and prices. Did a nice looking and clean installation for us. Price was certainly reasonable compared to other companies. He was also able to get our job done quickly. Highly recommend!"

"Thanks to Greg and his crew for a wonderful leaf removal job. Called on Friday and came out Monday, couldn't ask for quicker service. Greg was clear on available services to handle job and pricing. Very easy and friendly to work with. Would definitely use again and look forward to working with him in the spring on landscaping and garden clean-up project. Thanks Greg (and crew) for your service, appreciate it, and take care!"

"Chris did an outstanding job at installing subway tile within my kitchen. Professional and respectful, Chris completed the job in a timely manner."

"Fantastic! Honestly, I was skeptical using Angi to find Handyman services, sounded too good to be true. I took the leap of faith and have not regretted my choice. For perspective, I’m older-and live alone, having been in a 32 year marriage where my husband took care of the “Handyman” tasks, combined with my current mobility issues I was at a disadvantage and lacking the ability to complete the “Handyman” projects that Kyle took care of. Kyle is the type of person who goes above and beyond, he approaches each task as if he were completing it for his own home or for a family or friend. Kyle has been responsive, does quality work for reasonable and affordable pricing. He is thoughtful, personable, knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and authentic. I’ve referred Easy Living Properties to many others. I trust Kyle to always do the right thing in my best interest not his and have not been disappointed. I asked Kyle to stop by my next door neighbors home to see her garage landing in order to build a similar one for me. They got to chatting and he noticed that her outdoor deck was very unsafe and pulling away from her home, she wasn’t aware of this at all! Kyle quickly went to his vehicle to get what he needed to make the deck more secure temporarily. He came back and did what needed to be done to make it safe. His charge for this service was beyond reasonable. My neighbor was so impressed she shared his contact info with all of her older friends. Can’t say enough great things about Kyle and Easy Living Properties! Highly, Highly recommend! In fact he is providing me quotes on several other projects, one being creating an indoor cat play space. He is enthusiastic about new projects and puts a great deal of thought, time and energy into making his customer happy! Thank you Kyle, you have greatly improved my quality of life!"

"The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."

"Cole and Charles did an amazing job- our new steps look great. Cole was in contact with me through the entire process, including a 1 day rain delay. He explained exactly what was going to happen and when, showed up when he said they would, installed the new concrete steps and fixed our existing retaining wall steps. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would definitely hire them again. Thanks, guys!!"

"They did a fine job on half an acre with their two mowers. Will definitely call for services again!"

"Flawless execution. They moved me out and in. I have some enormous pieces that they moved without any damages. This move included 2 vehicles. Artwork and valuables we're well cared for. All I had to do was do direct where boxes and such went. I'd hire them again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
