"Northland Coating did my garage floor in June 2013. During the warranty period, small cracks and chips emerged. Justin inspected the damage and promised a recoat, but suggested waiting until the situation worsened and the winter passed, assuring me it would still be covered. Several years later, I believed the issue had worsened and attempted to contact them. After four initial text messages, Justin responded, requesting photos, which I promptly sent. Despite numerous follow-up texts, I received no further communication. I was ghosted! On July 19th, I sent a text stating that if I didn't hear back, I would file a report with the Better Business Bureau and post negative reviews on social media. As of August 1st, there has been no contact."

We are the installers, when we come out to give you your free estimate, we will provide you with a written installation estimate and material list for you to take to your retailer and order your flooring from. We now know, what to expect with the installation of your flooring. No surprises. We have averaged 160 different installations per year for the last five years. That is probable more installations then most installers have done. We can provide you with additional references if you would like? We have have been installing for more then 20 years each. We are very detail orientated which gives your flooring that belongs here look, not look what somebody tried to put here. We can handle any and all aspects of the installation from tear out and disposal of any existing flooring. We are capable of installing 2 to 3 thousand feet of flooring per week. "Jeff was great to work with and our new floor looks fantastic. Why only two stars? The crew that did the install seemed to only care about the wood floor. They left stain marks all over our walls, chipped the paint in numerous areas and in one spot the punched a hole completely through the sheet rock wall behind our front door. Both of our pocket doors had nail damage when they attempted to reinstall the baseboard. One was completely nailed in place. On top of all that our nicely finished and originally installed baseboards were put back like they needed to be somewhere else in a hurry. On a few corners the nails were actually sticking out. The boards were splintered and cracked and the mating joints look like the person had never done trim before. There were filthy rags left in the kitchen sink and in the front yard. Our sidewalk and driveway are still coated with debris and some unknown material. The most disappointing thing is that Jeff didn’t check the job before we got home."

Project included removing a non-bearing wall and moving plumbing lines to eliminate soffits; creating an island and installing all new lighting. The result was stunning. We couldn't be happier with the work Dan, Dave and crew did. They treated our home as their own, never taking shortcuts and always doing it right, even if that meant extra work.
