The project began with some initial discussion in January seeking ideas on adding space to our home. Traci helped us line up a builder and come up with a design that captured all of our must-haves, and many items we did not even realize we should be thinking about.
We were inexperienced with remodeling and construction design, and were very clear to Traci that we would need a fair amount of hand-holding and guidance on design. Traci was very patient with us throughout the project. She did a great job of figuring out our general design sense, and selecting proposed fixtures, etc., that captured our preferences. The attention to small details in the design, such as the tile insets in the walk-in shower, was evident throughout.
Traci accompanied us on a multiple trips to design studios, a granite shop, and Ferguson Appliances to identify flooring, countertops, cabinets, flooring, fixtures, etc. She had a good sense of our personalty and how to select a few candidates in a given category so that we had real options, without feeling overwhelmed. She was very mindful of our budget, and we were never pressured to go over that budget.
During the construction, Traci was regularly out at the job site. She worked with the builder to give us regular updates on what was going on. If we needed to text or email her, even in the evening to work through some design decision, she was responsive.
Living through whole home remodel is not easy. Traci helped make it a lot easier. Traci and Jeff Danberry, the builder, made a great team throughout. As our children commented on at least one occasion during the remodel, "Jeff and Traci will take care of us!" Indeed, they did. We are very grateful to have worked with them.

I loved the creative use of space and colors to update an office space for rent. The efficient use of available materials kept my costs down and fit my budget. Would highly recommend and would gladly use again.
