"Jake and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. They did a very professional job in prepping and caring for the furniture and floors. The day turned out to be raining, so the first coat wasn't drying as fast as it should. Jake offered to come back later in the day and put the second coat on, which he did. They did a great job with cleanup too. I am very happy with the quality, coverage and care that was taken and would definitely use them again and recommend others use them also."

My first request for a proposal included a request that the project be completed in less than 3 weeks..Despite the schedule he had,Sam assured me he could do it. ( my wife was being discharged from the TCU ). 

He started the project 2 weeks before her coming home and finished it in 1 day, He came when he said he would, accomplished the project, and Left MY garage floor cleaner than before he started.

He and his helper were kind and respectful. Except for the power tools, you hardly knew they were there.

"They did every window in the house in one day. The whole experience was fine and we didn't have any issues with the windows and they did a good job. One window in the bathroom had privacy glass, so it was a design on it that would let the light in but you couldn't see. They came out and we told them that it wasn't what we ordered. They got the right order and came back out and replaced it. That was a good deal for us and we didn't have any issues. The crew came out here and were going at such a good pace. I was helping them clean up the mess and then they would go onto the next one. I would save them time, but stayed into the evening to finish the job. They had them pre-measured, had them built, brought them out, popped out the old windows, and got the new ones slapped in. We haven't called them back for anything. We've been pretty happy with them and they've been a good product for us. We have a patio door that I tore apart. I painted it and rebuilt the wood portion of the frame. It's held up over the years, but at some point I would probably go back to Wellington because they custom built the windows and they all fitted with no issues."

Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). He has assembled a great team, and we really appreciate the working relationships we've seen that have been established with all of them."
