FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Everyone there in Richfield was top notch in customer care: Sheila, intake at the front desk; Greg the lead estimator; Mike who updated me w/details twice a week over the three week period; and Venisha who worked with me when I picked up my car, were welcoming, pleasant, compassionate, and absolutely consummate professionals. Especial shout out to Greg, who worked with all the staff there to look for my key ring I thought was there; he was so helpful....and it turned out my ring was in a purse at home that I hadn’t at all remembered putting there. Additional point on that is that throughout my entire process, each Lamettry person seemed to really understand—through their professional & kind demeanor—the traumatic car crash experience that their customers like me have just experienced.
