Matt came to the house and took care of the problem quickly and very simply--hoses had been installed incorrectly. He also answered questions about several other appliances. It was a quick, inexpensive visit that took care of a lot of problems.

Always punctual, that’s important to us. Both Chris and Matt listen to our issue (1st with a bar fridge, 2nd with our dryer, most recently with our refer in our kitchen) Both of the guys( Chris and Matt) listened to our issues, lookEd up the service reqs on their IPads, diagnosed, and then handle the repair. In all 3 cases the repairs were handled without delay, and the issues were solved. Very clean results, easy to understand, and downright affordable. We will continue to use their service.

Chris was professional and friendly. He worked on the machine until the problem was solved to the best possible solution as I did not want to spend a goodly amount on repairs.

Our freezer was cooling but not freezing. It was the beginning of a 90° week and the middle of the pandemic. There were no freezers for sale anywhere. Called a couple other companies and the best was one could come out four days later (a Friday) to do a diagnosis and schedule a repair (probably the following week.) Called Appliance Care and Chris stopped by on his way home. Saw it was the fan motor, got it running, and then went to Minneapolis the next day to get a replacement and came back and put it in. Not counting motor cost, I paid $10 more than the diagnosis was going to cost me. Motor was reasonable also.

Fast response! Parts and service $155.71. In and out in a half hour. Very nice tech (Matt). Would definitely call them again for any repair on any large appliance that we can not repair on our own.

Matt got my two new gas appliances all set up and working in less than two hours (which included doing some work on the gas lines in order to get everything installed properly). He was personable, hard working and very patient with all my questions. Highly recommended!

great experience!! called and left a message for chris and he called me back same day and we talked about the leaking problem with our refrigerator and he was able to pretty much tell me what was going on right on the phone. i made an appointment for the next day and matt was the tech that came to our home and he is great!. matt answered all my questions and didnt mind that i was talking to him the whole time he was working. he explained what was wrong and he explained how he was going to fix the problem. i will definitely call these guys again if i have any future issues with appliances in our home.

They did a great job with followup and came out the next day or two. They found the water valve and pressure switch were not defective but the control panel and computer was not showing 12v. So the main board went out. We paid $80 for the service call and troubleshooting. The control panel was $120 and the service charge with taxes were over $250 to fix. Going to Home Depot to buy a new GE 4.2 top load HE washer with Energy star cert.

Very well. I was able to schedule for the same week, and the work, which required some special adjustments (installing a code-required regulator, sawing the back of a drawer located beneath the cook-top) was all done to my full satisfaction.

Main problem was fixed (two main bearings replaced) plus additional parts showing major wear (drive belt, idler pulley, and blower fan) were also replaced while the dryer was apart (with my inspection and approval). The additional preventative maintenance added to the original parts cost, of course, but should hopefully prevent a return service call. The dryer is over 20 years old (Maytag) and this was it's first service call! Not surprised it was showing some internal wear and tear. Runs just like new now!

Came prepared with the most likely part, even through based on description,it could be other things. Analyzed it quickly and finished repair in under an hour.

The only reason I am giving a 'B' for price is because I don't have anything to measure up against. I left 3-4 companies messages on Sunday afternoon, Chris replied at 7am on Monday am. They were EXTREMELY responsive and were able to fit me in before noon after a cancellation. Their service tech (FV) was extremely professional and pleasant. After he picked up and replaced the motor and left, I grew concerned after it shut off again. I frantically called/texted both Chris and FV, both of whom got back to me and explained what was most likely going on. I'm very satisfied with how it went.

They came out and inspected the dishwasher, doing some basic troubleshooting. Also reconnected the dishwasher to the counter since the previous house owner skipped that step.

Great. Had a little trouble reaching him because of the holiday and i don't keep my phone on me at all times. He got to the house on time, had seen the problem before, and was able to fix it then and there. Yea!
