Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning

We had Marsh Heating install a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. They were very professional and had good pricing. When we had a problem with our rebate from Lennox, they took care of it promptly. We would certainly recommend them.

The company was responsive, even in the middle of a high demand period. The salesperson who did the quote was more than good. He was competent, pointed out things that other salespersons from other companies did not, and provided a clear and detailed sense of what we might expect if we purchased through them. The installers were also efficient, competent, and incredibly professional. We needed them to come back to do a slight adjustment, and the technician that was sent was able to diagnose the problem and help us get back to efficient and good cooling in a two story townhome. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The Marsh technician came out on a Saturday morning after the blower on the furnace at our rental unit stopped operating. He fixed the problem and diagnosed a more serious pending concern. After discussing the matter with the company we proceeded with the replacement of the blower in order to prevent failure during the dead of winter. We used Marsh twice before on furnace and air conditioning service and have found them to be prompt, responsible and reliable. We are very satisfied with them.

They did a good job and the heat is more evenly distributed throughout the house. They even had things cleaned up better than before they came! We would definitely hire them again and we would recommend them.

The man from Marsh Heating and Air/Conditioning who came to put in the new A/C for my town home in Inver Grove Heights was a first-rate pro. He was expert -- I expect that -- but more, he was very courteous and concerned for his customer service. He clearly wanted to win me over as a repeat customer for Marsh. He did that. Most service-people don't understand that building a friendly, trusting relationship with the customer is all-important. This man did. (He was about 50, friendly and articulate, very sharp. Company "A" came to inspect the furnace, told me it wasn't safe, and that I needed a new furnace. I felt some pressure from the technician to get one the following day. I told him I wanted to do some research before getting a new furnace. I called Marsh for an estimate on a new furnace. Jay came out, and suggested it might be wise to have them do an inspection to see if the furnace needed immediate replacing. (Also, he sent me a very reasonable estimate for a new furnace the following day.) Technician Rick came out - inspected the furnace, cleaned the dirty flame sensor, which Company "A" failed to do, and told me my furnace is safe to operate. I really respect Marsh's integrity. There was no pressure to purchase from them. When I do need a new furnace Marsh will be on the top of my list for consideration.

Really great experience with March. The work was scheduled quickly and complete on time. The guys were friendly, efficient, and very neat. (My furnace room looks better than it did before!) March handled all the rebates. Very pleased.

In 2016 Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning replaced the furnace and air conditioner in my home. An excellent job was done, great communication on a timeline/updates, and the workers were professional. I will use them again in the future.

The work went very well. The installation is beautiful. The zoning control works as anticipated keeping the system in stage 1 heating whenever possible. The expanded cold air duct and new basement cold air duct have solved thermal distribution and noise problems for us. The new humidifier with outdoor temperature sensing control remains to be proven this winter. Wireless thermostats were required at the last minute when it became clear running new thermostat wires with more conductors would be nearly impossible. All in all, a great experience. They are filing all warranties and rebates for us.

It was $100.  It was the furnace tune-up. I also have a contract with them.

One person came out and it took about 45 minutes. They went over everything and cleaned what needed to be cleaned so that it was ready for the year. They let us know if anything needed replacing, and it didn't. I recommended them to a friend two weeks ago.

One person came out and it only took about 45 minutes to complete the service. They left the area clean as when they arrived. They are quick to respond, easy to deal with, and tell you what's going on while they work on it. They installed the furnace and we have been using them for years.

They were really good. Price was really good. It was a Lennox, and its a good quality system. They were out here in days of us calling them. They were really good. I was standing around watching them put it in, because I was curious how they were going to put the system in. We went from an standard furnace, to an high efficiency furnace. The routing of the duct was different. They were good. They came right when they said they would.

The Marsh crew arrived promptly the morning of Aug. 24. They removed the old furnace and air conditioner and replaced them with the new ones. They were polite and professional and did very good work as can be seen in the attached photo. Marsh also took care of handling the paper work for rebates from Xcel, Center Point, and Costco. (Costco rebate is only available to members.) The cost of service I listed is before rebates.
