Fantastic all around. My car was such a sorry mess and was in the cusp of needing to be totaled due to engine area damage especially. Everyone there in Richfield was top notch in customer care: Sheila, intake at the front desk; Greg the lead estimator; Mike who updated me w/details twice a week over the three week period; and Venisha who worked with me when I picked up my car, were welcoming, pleasant, compassionate, and absolutely consummate professionals. Especial shout out to Greg, who worked with all the staff there to look for my key ring I thought was there; he was so helpful....and it turned out my ring was in a purse at home that I hadn’t at all remembered putting there. Additional point on that is that throughout my entire process, each Lamettry person seemed to really understand—through their professional & kind demeanor—the traumatic car crash experience that their customers like me have just experienced. And then I find out today the Lamettry Values and Community Service that’s expressed on their website. They really do walk their talk. Highest Kudos to every person there. And my car? Fantastic! I waited a long time before bringing the car in because I thought it would be so expensive. But it cost a fraction of what I expected, and less than they thought when they quoted it. They also worked with me to have it done while I was on vacation, and it looks beautiful! I wish I had done it sooner.

LaMettry's responded to my email request immediately, scheduled an appt within my timeframe, kept me informed as the project proceeded, and notified me when the car was finished. During pickup, very professional and friendly. Reviewed the work with me and did a walk around the car. A very positive experience and the car looks great.

very well. All the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The work was done in a timely fashion. Arrangements were made with the loaner car very efficiently. The auto body work and painting were excellent.

The repair was well done, but the process was prolonged and very distressing. We were told this would be a 2-3 day repair and it turned out to be 2 and a half weeks. LaMettry's staff communicated very poorly internally, and did not communicate well with the paying insurance company. All communication problems were dropped back into my lap to resolve. I have had excellent service from LaMettry's in the past, and was very surprised by this experience. I would think twice about using LaMettry's again if they do not have a contract with the paying insurance company.

Very poor communication from drop off to pick up. Inquired multiple times on an update status. Left multiple phone numbers to be reached at with ladies at front desk. Over the two weeks my car was being serviced, I did not hear from them once. The last time I called, I was told that my car had been done. When I picked up my car they told me they must of had the wrong number, however on the printed invoice it was stated correctly. Hmmm? If you value honestly and customer service, would look at taking your car elsewhere. Can't speak yet on the quality of work, however would note poor customer service and communication throughout my service.

all aspects went very well. they provided a preliminary estimate even before the insurance inspector saw the vehicle. I received updates by phone every few days to keep me appraised of how things were going. the vehicle looks & runs well again, even the suspension. all work was guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle.

Although repairs took much longer than expected because it was a new model and parts were hard to get, I was kept informed of daily progress and expected finish time. Friendly service and good work.

When I received the car there was a fairly deep scratch on the hood that (I felt) was not there when I turned in the car, and photos taken before the work was done seemed to support that (a little grainy). And in any case, I had asked that all scrapes be repaired. This one was pretty obvious, and I felt had occurred during the repair. Also, they wanted to deliver the car to me out in the dark parking lot (lighted garage was open), which I thought was strange - how could I inspect? So I asked for the car to be brought into the light, where I found this scratch and that the front end was not totally flush on one side were reattached. I asked that these things be corrected (at no additional charge). There was a little bit of back and forth, but they did do the work at no additional charge and were pleasant about it. The cost (before the above) was higher than expected as several entire doors were involved (could not blend in paint).

Excellent. Really happy with quality of work. Normal wear still shows, but 99% of stains were removed. Didn't think I'd ever see this truck this clean.

It turned out very well.
They were good to work with, they were honest with me about, they didn't know if they were able to fix the rust and they were pleasant to deal with I didn't have any customer service problems or anything like that.
